The Normanhurst Estate - Greystoke Development Proposals

The Parish Council will be meeting on Wednesday 9th November 2022 in the Village Hall.

One of the agenda items to be heard at 7pm is the proposed development of the Normanhurst Estate. The proposals for this development will have been open to the public on the Normanhurst website and by public viewing at the estate on 31st October.

Representatives from the estate owners Greystoke will be attending the Parish Council meeting from 7pm to explain their proposal and be available for questions.

We welcome and encourage all parishioners who have questions or an interest to attend the Parish Council meeting.

Greystoke have asked for feedback on their website. The Parish Council ask that any replies to Greystoke are also sent via email to the Parish Council. This will enable us to better represent the views of the residents of Catsfield at the meeting.

We also welcome you to send us your thoughts even if you do not reply directly to Greystoke.

We will consolidate all replies received and ensure these points are put to Greystoke at the meeting. Residents will also be able to raise questions at the meeting.

Replies to Greystoke can be sent direct to Greystoke via their link https://www.normanhurstestate.com/development-proposals and to Catsfield Parish Council by email to clerk@catsfieldpc.co.uk

Please reply to the Council in good time before the meeting so that we can consolidate your views and represent you all at our meeting on 9th November 2022.
